Because our preserved flowers and wreaths are handmade, natural products, all sales are final. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will gladly:
- replace the item (if available), or
- issue a store credit/refund.
We always want you to love what you receive.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they have not shipped.
Customer Responsibility
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
